A special event to celebrate beekeeping takes place every September in Lesce.
Interesting events take place throughout the day at the Beekeeping Education Centre of Gorenjska:
- market of honey, honey products and local farmers market
- tasting of honey and honey products
- children animation
- culinary workshops
